I like the idea of this list. It would be so cool if Drive had replaced War Horse–or even just got in somewhere.
I suspect we’ll have to wait 20-30 years (or more) for the demographics of the Academy to change before stuff like this gets the recognition it deserves. Of course, by that time They’ll think Drive is old fashioned and be railing against us ”old timers” for still voting for stuff like that! HAhaha!

I’m kind of upset that Kirsten Dunst didn’t get more critical love besides her win at Cannes. I’m even more upset at the complete snubbing of Tilda Swinton, Albert Brooks, and Michael Fassbender at the Oscars, but it’s aincient history
